Competency Based Interventions (Training & Non-Training) Competency based interventions include designing of competencies and behavioral framework, designing employees training interventions, performance appraisal system based on the competency framework and long-term evaluation of behavior changes after training. We are providing CBI services to Telenor Pakistan. In addition to the training and non-training interventions for Competency Development, We are also designing completely customized 3600 Tool (based on Mentors 3600 Model©) for Performance Appraisal and Employee Development.

Mentors Assessment Center Solution includes Psychometric Assessments, Competency Based Behavioral Evaluation Activities, and Competency Based Interviews. Customized reports for organizational use are provided as the outcome of Assessment Center Solution. The report includes psychometric and CBI evaluation results, candidates’ job-fit and organization-fit analyses, and recommendation for final selection. We are providing complete Assessment Center solution for Nestlé’s Management Trainees, Trainee Engineer and Sales Trainee Programs.
Organizational Assessment & Management Survey and Job designing Organizational Surveys are tailored to the organization and are used as an active tool in helping organizations define their challenges, change and grow. Mentors work with the management team to identify useful and relevant dimensions to assess that help the management team discover valuable information and communicate effectively with all employees. Organizational Surveys are part of an active process of change, they are not an end in themselves. With the help of organizational assessment and management survey Mentors conduct gap analysis and provide a detailed job design to the client. We are co-consulting with our supply chain sister concern for Makro Cash & Carry in conducting this survey at the end of which job designing including Job description will be provided for Administration and Logistics department. Also we will be conducting technical and soft skills training of existing staff to develop competencies matching their job description.
Job designing (Job Descriptions & Analysis), Process Excellence Designing and redesigning jobs involves tying business goals with the competencies and skills of the jobs. We are co-consulting with our supply chain sister concern for Four Brother Group on process excellence at their production plant and designing job descriptions after the gap analysis of existing staff.
Job Descriptions and Assessment Center Services Co-consulted with our supply chain sister concern we have designed and developed the job descriptions for Engro Foods (Pvt.) Ltd., for their ice cream plant in Sahiwal. In addition to this service we have also provided complete assessment center services for recruitment of Engro Foods’ Management Staff, by recruiting the best experienced person with the required skill set.
