Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from University of The Punjab, Lahore

 

 

 

Waqas has been associated with Training and Development of Human Resources and Facilitation Function, with over ten years of experience at senior level. Waqas has conducted numerous courses in area of Soft Skills including Interpersonal Skills, Managerial Skills, Conflict Management, Counseling Skills, Developing Managerial Competencies, Team Work and Effective Communication Skills. His core competencies are in Development of Human Resource Policy Manual., Job Analysis, Training Need Analysis and Conflict Management.

 

Waqas is presently the “Principle Trainer Soft Skills & Coordinator” for Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited. Previously he worked as “Deputy General Manager & Operational Chief” - Lahore Campus Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM).
